Was ordered for pickup at 6:14pm the shop is only a couple blocks from our house so it does not take long to get there. He ended up waiting for 2 hours before our order was even started on. Caller the store and they said the order was placed late...

Did not receive chopsticks I asked for or a fork even took almost an hour to get delivered at less than 2 miles away. The lunch special is 11-3 at 2:25 I was unable to order lunch special. Food was barely warm as well and the soda wasn't not 24oz

Black pepper chicken at it's worst is a 7. Tonight it surpassed a 10. It would get Michelin stars. Best ever, and I've gotten it probably 10 times. It averages an 8.5. just an awesome dish.

Food was good, but the delivery driver needs to improve. I live in an upper floor apartment and the delivery driver waited maybe 45 seconds after ringing the doorbell to start BANGING on the front door. Not too nice for my downstairs neighbors.

Food was good, but was not ready when I went to pick it up a half hour later. Part of the reason I like using the online ordering is the convenience of picking up on my lunch when running errands. I had to wait for 2 egg rolls and it caused some inconvenience with other lunch plans I had.
